This Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Clips ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit https://kingdomclips.org, enter the Kingdom Clips private beta, use the Kingdom Clips browser application, connect an optional service, or otherwise interact with Kingdom Clips (collectively, the "Service").
We designed this Policy to address requirements that commonly apply across major privacy frameworks, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), Australia's Privacy Act, and U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) expectations regarding clear and non-deceptive privacy disclosures.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control, even if linked from our Service.

- Content and instructions you choose to process — such as transcripts, clip text, captions, prompts, account identifiers, posting details, and related material sent when you use an optional AI, analytics, messaging, scheduling, or publishing connection
- Connection information — API keys or access details you choose to provide for an optional service. These details are designed to be stored in your browser. When you use a connected feature, the information needed to complete that request is sent to the service you selected.
Your source videos, transcripts, edits, and finished clips are designed to stay in your browser or a computer folder you connect unless you choose a feature that needs to send particular information to another service.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, date and time of access, and general location derived from IP address. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3.3 Private-beta access state
When the correct shared beta code is entered, the application stores a limited access flag in that browser so you do not need to enter the code on every visit. This browser-stored flag is not a cloud account, verified identity, or cross-device profile.
3.4 Information from services you connect
When you connect an optional service, we may receive the information needed to show or complete the feature you choose. Depending on the service, this may include account or profile identifiers, posts, schedules, publishing status, performance data, comments, or messages. We use that information only to run the connected feature you requested or enabled.
3.5 Information we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect payment card information, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or other special categories of personal data through the beta-access step itself. The material you choose to process may contain personal information, so you should use only content you own or have permission to use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age thresholds described in Section 14.

- You, when you contact us or otherwise provide information directly
- Your browser or device, through cookies and similar technologies
- Optional services you choose to connect, when they return account, post, schedule, publishing, analytics, comment, or message information for the feature you asked to use
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, as part of operating the Service
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing and remembering private-beta access in your browser
- Processing clip, AI, analytics, messaging, scheduling, or publishing requests you start or enable
- Responding to inquiries and support requests
- Operating, maintaining, securing, and debugging the Service
- Understanding usage trends and improving the website and product roadmap
- Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use
- Protecting the rights, safety, and property of users, us, and others
We do not use beta-access information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

- Service providers / processors that help us operate the Service, including providers of cloud hosting, analytics, and security services. Our current website hosting provider is Vercel.
- Optional services you choose to connect, such as AI, analytics, messaging, scheduling, publishing, and social-platform services. We send information to them only when needed for the feature you choose or enable. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, or insurers, where necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities when required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process personal information only on our instructions and subject to appropriate contractual protections where required by law.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Browser-stored beta access remains until it expires, we change the access mechanism, or you clear site data. Technical logs and direct communications are retained only as reasonably needed for security, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement, after which we delete or anonymize them within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or such profiling through the beta-access Service.
11.4 Canada
If you are in Canada, you may have the right to access, update, and correct personal information and to withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
11.5 Brazil
If you are in Brazil, you may have rights under the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, revocation of consent, and review of automated decisions where applicable.
11.6 Australia
If you are in Australia, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled personal information.

The current beta-access step does not collect your email address or enroll you in marketing. If we later offer optional email communications, messages will identify Kingdom Clips as the sender, provide required choices, and comply with applicable email and privacy laws.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Service. These may include:
- Essential / functional technologies — required for hosting, security, load balancing, and basic site operation
- Analytics technologies — if enabled, to understand site usage in aggregated form
We do not use non-essential advertising cookies in the beta-access step. You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Disabling essential technologies may affect site functionality or require you to enter the shared code again.
Where required by law, we will obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies or provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.
14. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service or enter the beta, unless a higher age is required in your jurisdiction.
In the United States, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
